Our Wedding Day
Welcome to the website for our special day!!

Our wedding will take place at Langley Castle, Hexham, NE47 5LU, on the 16th of April 2025, commencing at 12pm for daytime guests and 7pm for evening guests.  

We hope this website will give you all the information you need and we will also ask you to send us some information about food choices and dietary requirements. We have also created an area to upload photographs so you can share them with us and each other, it will be great to see what each of you capture!

The Master of Ceremony will direct you to seats in time for the marriage ceremony at 1pm

Call for dinner
Location: Stuart Suite

All guests will be called for dinner where the speeches will begin, followed by the Wedding Breakfast.

There will be a short break before evening festivities at 7pm, carry on drinking, go for a walk around the gorgeous Castle grounds or have a nap!

Celebrations will start with a Ceilidh where you will all be invited to take part in some traditional Scottish dancing led by Gordon, a professional Ceilidh instructor. This will be followed by food, then a DJ and disco until midnight.

Hotel Accommodation

Castle View Rooms

Castleview is a conversions and recent extension of a listed building within the castle grounds with magnificent views up to the main castle which is around 80 metres away. Choose a suite or a superior room at the same cost for 2 people, including breakfast (additional £30 for an extra person): Wedding night - £210, night before wedding - £223. Also includes a guided tour of the castle on the morning following the wedding.

The Toll Bar Luxury Villa

Toll Bar Luxury Villa is within Langley Castle’s grounds, and is a new self-catering cottage (opened June 2024). Here, the wow-factor is not only the designer interior and fabulously equipped facility, but also the glorious medieval castle vista, appreciated from either the private outdoor terrace or villa windows. Sleeps four - £350 which includes breakfast and a guided tour of the castle the morning following the wedding.
